If you are a student who has met the requirements to graduate at the end of the Fall 2017, Spring 2018, or Summer 2018, you are eligible to attend the Graduation Commencement Ceremony. The ceremony will be held on Thursday evening, May 10th, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. If you meet these requirements and want to attend the ceremony, then you must be declared to graduate.
The Student Records office must receive your graduation declaration and degree audit by March 21st, 2018. Meet with your advisor as soon as possible in order to complete these requirements. Once you have declared yourself to graduate, and turned in the degree audit to Student Records, you will be charged a non-refundable graduation fee of $25. This fee will be charged per degree, diploma and certificate.
At any time you can log into Triton Pass, WebAdvisor, and then go to Graduation Declaration to declare yourself to graduate. The degree audit must be signed and dated by your advisor. Also be aware that each student that picks up their cap & gown at Grad Fest will receive a $5 gift card to the IC Bookstore!!
