Who’s Up for Trivia?

Students gathered in the Student Resource Center Thursday for a riveting game of trivia. Teams consisted of five students each, with names like “Hocus Pocus” competing for prizes of t-shirts, gift cards to the College Bookstore, and more.

One of the hosts went by the name Kim Possible. Students had the chance to compete with her trivia knowledge but she consistently bested them.

Trivia categories included questions like naming clips of Dwayne Johnson movies to cartoon characters. A clip of Dwayne Johnson singing “You’re Welcome” from “Moana” was a crowd favorite.

A nerd session was also included to find out who would win individual prizes for the evening. Prizes were awarded to individuals and groups at the end of the evening. Tortilla chips and nacho cheese were provided for students to enjoy during the trivia night.

The next event in the Student Resource Center is Bingo on August 29 at 7:30 p.m.
