Iowa Central Women’s Basketball

A message from Sabah Dickerson the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach:

“This Friday, Oct. 2, our women’s basketball team will begin official practice. We scrimmage in Ames on Oct. 14 and in Cedar Rapids on Oct. 17. We will officially tip off the 2021-22 season on Monday, Nov. 1 with a 5:00PM tip off against the Mount Marty Lancers JV program.

Our program features the reigning 2020-21 ICCAC Defensive Player of the Year & ICCAC 1^st Team All-Conference Selection, Nevaeh Galloway. We have also returned two ICCAC 2^nd Team All-Conference Selections: Autumn Dykstra & Carley West. We are very excited about this year’s freshman class as well; our staff recruited talented young women from Atlantic, Bettendorf, Vinton, Garner, Waterloo, Burnside, and of course, Fort Dodge, IA.
